My wife Pat passed away in October and planning her funeral was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. As a family navigating our way through what to do was tremendously hard. My daughter contacted Katie to ask if she was available to conduct Pat's funeral and she was. I cannot praise and thank Katie enough. From the moment she came to the house she put us all at ease. She was kind, caring and compassionate. Her knowledge and professionalism are a true credit to her. After spending time with us and talking about my wife, the script Katie wrote was as if she had known her for years. It felt very personal and Katie spoke with real feeling. It is very hard for me to find the right words to say how much Katie has had a positive impact on how I'm feeling and has left me with an inner peace that is hard to describe but it is a feeling I still carry with me today.
