Not because we’re alone, but because so few people truly understand what we do.
Many of us are building meaningful practices, supporting others through some of life’s most profound experiences, whilst simultaneously navigating our own growth, grief, self-awareness and professional development.
We spend so much time holding space for others, yet rarely have a space where we can be held ourselves.
That’s why I created Dying for a Cuppa®: The Professionals - Coaching Container

Three in-depth self-paced coaching videos
Focused on emotional readiness, triggers, self-awareness, and the why, how, what, where, when, and who of your professional practice. Packed with prompts, questions, and reflections to help you dig deep. Yours to watch at your leisure. -
One 1 : 1 coaching session with me (60 mins)
A chance to focus on you, your work, your needs. Personalised guidance and mentoring. -
Monthly online group meet ups - 2 hours, first Tuesday of every month
Coaching, conversation, and community. Optional but encouraged. All sessions are recorded and emailed after the session if you can’t attend. -
Exercises and Reflection.
Each months session will revolve around a theme/topic with short exercises and journaling prompts to deepen your practice.

Finding my own personal clarity - before the container, I wasn't focussed on exactly what I wanted to do / which direction to go in. The container has given me the right perspective.
The feeling of not being alone in this journey has shifted hugely for me. I sometimes feel (or I did before the container!) that I'm the only one struggling to find my niche, but realising that the majority of us are (or were) feeling the same thing is incredibly grounding. I also value and believe in myself more.

For less than £225 per month, you’ll receive six months of coaching, mentoring, connection, resources and community from someone with more than a decade of experience in this field, as well as access to industry experts.

Built from years of hands-on experience and thousands of hours of practice, this isn’t just a group — it’s your chance to access rare expertise in death literacy and professional coaching. I’ve never been in a position to pay those high business coach fees myself, so I know how hard it can be when you’re trying to grow. That’s why I’ve created this program at £1,345 — to make this mentorship and guidance accessible while still delivering the full value of everything I’ve learned.
This is honest, practical, and deeply informed support, without the corporate price tag.

You can still work with me through the Coaching for Professionals online programme. This option includes:

Three powerful coaching videos – in-depth, thought-provoking, packed with questions and perspectives from every angle.

A 60-minute one-to-one session with me once you’ve completed the videos.
All of this is available for an exchange of £444.
Please note: this option does not include the full community space, expert sessions, wider resources, or live group meet ups that come with the six-month container. But if you’d like focused coaching and guidance with me without stepping into the full programme, this is a great place to begin.
