There is light at the end of the tunnel folks! It may be slow still but we are getting there at least. As for my work, I am continuing to make face to face visits where appropriate and allowed, and I will continue to use all the necessary PPE for the foreseeable future.

I am having weekly LFT and PCR Corona Virus tests through my Hospice work.

I had my first vaccine at the end of December with my second dose due mid March.

I have a new 'Dying for a Cuppa' ™ Coach and Connect event due in March.

The latest dates for TLC Online Training, via Zoom, are set for April.

Details for all these are in the events section above.

Please contact me directly for any face to face or 1:1 training requirements.

Please hang in there for a little while longer and do keep reaching out if I can help in anyway,

Many Blessings to you all,

Katie xxx

Death is the only thing we have in common, it will happen to us all!

Soul Midwives are here to support those who are facing the end of their lives, not only to have a dignified, gentle death and enable their choices, but to help them truly LIVE as well.

We cannot fix or change what is happening. BUT, we can help, we can listen and support, without judgement, but with love and compassion.

Soul Midwife, Eternal Optimist and a big believer in open and honest conversations with a big bit of cake on the side.

Following a long career in care, I soon realised that End of Life care was where my heart and soul belonged. Being at someone's bedside as they took their last breath seemed the most natural thing in the world for me to do. This isn't just a job to me, this is part of who I am. I have vast experience in Domiciliary and Palliative care and as well as being a Soul Midwife, currently work part time at a local hospice supporting people whose wish is to die at home. I offer a wide range of End of Life support in the community, in Hospices, Care Homes and Hospitals and also for local businesses.

Having completed all my training at the Soul Midwives School in Dorset with Felicity Warner, I am Level 1 and 2 qualified and actively work around Sussex and beyond. I am also a Soul Midwife Mentor to all newly qualified Soul Midwives and TLC Trainer. TLC Training Days are a simpler version of Soul Midwifery, which can empower and enable people with the practical skills and knowledge to look after the dying.

I hold multiple qualifications including diplomas in End of life and Dementia care and The Care Certificate. I am 'Sage and Thyme' foundation level trained, I have Grief and Bereavement qualifications and I am qualified Life Coach.

I am also an Angelic Reiki practitioner.

I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Soul Midwives are non-medical, holistic companions who guide and support the dying in order to facilitate a gentle and peaceful death.

Soul Midwives draw on ancient skills and traditions, apply and adapt them to modern day life, and death, and treat dying as a rite of passage and a precious and sacred journey.

“The work of Felicity Warner and the Soul Midwives is absolutely crucial for those of us who believe that death is one of the most important moments of our life. By providing loving and gentle support, Felicity and the Soul Midwives support people to have the death that they want. What could be more important?”
